Software and technical support is available to our clients during working hours, 8.45am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays. If you have a system or software problem, our support team will usually be able to assist you over the phone, they are also contactable by e-mail or fax. If the problem cannot be rectified immediatley we are able to connect into your system and try to solve the problem via a remote link.

Maintenance Contracts
Isys offers full 12 month support contracts with our in house support
team.

ESCROW Agreements
Software licence's are secured for the end user in an annual ESCROW should you require additional cover.

Telephone and remote diagnostic support
Support staff can connect into your system to correct errors or download
upgrades.

Project Management
Isys incorporates full project management if necessary, or works alongside IT departments or project managers, at the initial appraisal stage.
