This module allows customers to gain reporting only access to the Isys system via individual username and password settings. Each user can be allowed access to individual reports. All reports can be self-exported to Excel, Word etc. subject to that software being available on the users PC. Isys have a new version of Web Reporting available which has an improved menu and search structure and offers the possibility of limited customer logo and colouring.
This module enables invoices to be printed and emailed as a pdf document. In addition, where copy tickets are required, the system can be notified that the customer requires invoices and tickets as email pdf’s. When the ticket is checked in the system it can be scanned. When an invoice print run is performed then the required ticket scans are automatically captured and emailed as pdf documents.
The weighbridge office can make use of a signature pad and a receipt is issued to the driver. The signature is then used to make an electronic ticket which can be emailed with an invoice. The Topaz signature pads provide a high-quality electronic signature capture, with the added feature of an LCD interactive display. This display allows users to see "electronic ink" under the pen tip as they sign, as well as navigate and display text and graphics.
The large signing area and rugged tempered glass signing surface make this a versatile pad for the most demanding applications.
ISYS has enhanced its Broker functionality which will enable the operation and monitoring of a fully brokered operation. This operates within the Skipman collection application allowing scheduling of brokered work alongside self-operated work. The system can hold a database of contractors with prices charged and the ability to issue Purchase order numbers and the reconciliation of invoices when they arrive. The Isys system has as standard links in various parts of the system to Google mapping which shows locations of sites and routes to sites. If the system has a full address and postcode the location of jobs can be displayed on a map. Placing a mouse next to the location would reveal job details. In addition in our Rounds Scheduling Module job locations can be displayed to assist in efficient round set up. This provides a cost effective alternative to Route optimization.
The Isys system has as standard links in the Customer set up to allow viewing of Head office and sites on Google maps. An optional module takes this one stage further with the use of Geo –Tags which will enable the display of job locations on a map, placing a mouse next to the job will reveal job details. In addition in our Rounds Scheduling Module job locations can be displayed to assist in efficient round set up. This provides a cost effective alternative to Route optimisation.
Online Accounts Ordering
This module allows remote placing of orders which sends the data directly to a holding area in the Skipman Container Collections diary. The customer can log in at the same portal as for web reports. They can only choose containers and sites to which there are already agreed prices. The order, when placed , responds with an order number and messages can be delivered between customer and Waste Company on a thread type basis. In Skipman the full details of the request can be seen and can be scheduled with a single click from a right click menu option.
