O’Neill’s (Skipway) – Belfast
O’Neill Contracts are a Belfast/Dungannon-based construction, waste and recycling operation with three main sites.
The operation is based around Skipway, which has a Skip and Transfer operation overlooking Belfast. The ISYS Gatehouse/Skipman suite has allowed huge improvements in scheduling, paperwork, reporting and invoicing.
This system is linked to a finance department in Dungannon where centralised invoicing takes place.
Since the ISYS system was installed, paperwork flows have been vastly simplified. Invoicing used to be a logistical nightmare at the month end. As Dessie O’Hare said, “It came to the month end, a few buttons were pushed and we found ourselves looking at the invoices, done and complete. We really couldn’t quite believe how easy it was.”
