Frogson Waste Management
Frogson Waste Management is a Sheffield-based oil and other special waste treatment operation. The company has on-site treatment facilities, operates a fleet of Vacuum tankers and has been operating for more than 20 years. Typically, waste steams comprise all kinds of industrial wastes including oils and chemicals from a wide range of industrial sources.
Frogson operate the ISYS SWOPS application on the site, which handles enquiries, customer details, pricing, vehicle scheduling, billing, invoicing and reporting and produces all the required paperwork, including Haz Waste Consignment notes and driver sheets.
Les Griffiths, Financial Controller, says:
"We originally operated a system which involved entry of data several times to produce paperwork, invoices and Environment Agency returns. This was time consuming and inefficient. We were looking for a system which would replace this duplication of work and track customers’ enquiries from quotation, through customer acceptance, raising advice notes and consignment notes, invoicing and preparation of quarterly Environment Agency returns without any duplication of data entry. The ISYS system achieves this aim, improving the information flow and the speed of production of paperwork and returns."
