Glasgow City Council operates a Gatehouse/Skipman Head Office system, four Waste Transfer Stations & one landfill facility:
• Dawsholm
• Shieldhall
• Polmadie
• Queenslie
• Cathkin
Glasgow operate Gatehouse Landfill & Transfer station applications on a Wide Area Network controlling all data collection activities including reporting.
The Shieldhall site operate Gatehouse Transfer station linked with a Weightron Bilancia Self Box Terminal and driver proximity cards for secure entrance to the site. This is controlled via a transmitter for traffic light control & MPP Flash card for PC Interfaces. |
